This policy applies to all applications developed and published by Full Snack Devs LLC, including:
Most of our applications are casual games that collect no personal information, as described below. Ranked is an exception: it is an account-based social application that collects and processes personal information. The general statements in this policy describe our games; the additional "Ranked-Specific Provisions" section below governs Ranked and controls over any general statement to the contrary with respect to Ranked.
Our applications do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or user data, except as described in the Ranked-Specific Provisions. Specifically:
Our applications do not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. No data is shared with third parties, except as described in the Ranked-Specific Provisions.
If any of our applications offer in-app purchases, these transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's handling of payment data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Our applications do not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13, except as described in the Ranked-Specific Provisions. Our apps are safe for use by all age groups. These statements describe our games; Ranked is restricted to users 18 and older, as described in the Ranked-Specific Provisions.
Since we do not collect any user data, there is no data to retain or delete, except as described in the Ranked-Specific Provisions. Any game progress, settings, or preferences are stored locally on your device and are not accessible to us.
The following provisions are the Privacy Policy for Ranked, reproduced to mirror the version presented and accepted within the Ranked app. They apply only to Ranked and supplement the general statements above; where they conflict with a general statement above, these Ranked-Specific Provisions control with respect to Ranked.

This Privacy Policy explains how Full Snack Devs, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Ranked ("Ranked," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Ranked mobile application (the "App") or the related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms that are not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
Ranked is intended for users in the United States who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly accept users from outside the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian who believes a minor has registered, contact us immediately.
When you create an account we collect your email address or phone number (depending on which sign-in method you choose), a username you choose, a password if you sign up with email (stored only as a salted hash — we never see or store plaintext passwords), and your date of birth. We use your phone number solely to deliver a one-time SMS verification code at sign-in (via our SMS provider Twilio, Inc.) and for account recovery; we do not display it to other users, send marketing texts, or share it with third parties for advertising. We use your date of birth solely to verify that you are 18 or older; we do not display it to other users.
When you submit a photo, we collect the live selfie you capture in the App. Each submitted photo is analyzed by automated systems — including on-device face detection (Google ML Kit), a third-party automated moderation service (Sightengine SAS, France), and our own classification logic — before it becomes visible to other users. These systems may compute mathematical scans of facial geometry to determine whether a real face is present, whether the subject appears to be 18 or older, and whether the image contains prohibited content. We do not retain a long-lived biometric template separate from the photo itself. The moderation analysis is performed transiently and the result (a verdict and label scores) is stored in association with the photo.
See Section 7 for additional disclosures about biometric information under state laws including the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act (CUBI), and the Washington Biometric Privacy Act.
Optional profile fields include display name, bio, gender, city, and Instagram handle. You decide what to share. You can update or remove any of these at any time from your profile settings.
If you grant the App location permission, we use your device's coarse location once during onboarding to determine your approximate city. We store the latitude and longitude associated with the city you confirmed, but we do not display these coordinates to other users; only the city name is shown publicly (and only if you choose to display your profile to others). You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings.
We record the ratings (Hot/Not) you give and receive, including the resulting aggregate scores (Elo and display score). Ratings you give to other users are visible only to us and the recipient platform; we do not disclose to a rated user who gave them a specific rating.
When you use the Service we automatically collect:
If you report a user or block someone, we record the action and the associated context. If your photo or account is flagged by our automated systems (see Section 4) or reported by other users a threshold number of times, we record the resulting moderation actions, including any suspension.
We do not access your photo library, contacts, microphone, calendar, health data, or any device sensors other than the camera (when you choose to take a photo) and coarse location (when you grant permission). The App takes only one live selfie per upload through the in-app camera — it does not access existing photos on your device.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not use the photos you upload, the ratings you give or receive, or your biometric information to train machine learning models intended to be re-used outside the Service. We do not enable third-party advertising networks to access your photos or biometric data.
Ranked uses the following service providers to operate the Service. Each is contractually bound to use your information only for the limited purpose of providing services to us and is prohibited from selling, sharing, or re-purposing it. Each is a "service provider" or "processor" as those terms are defined under applicable privacy laws.
Provides our database, authentication, and storage infrastructure. All your account information, photos, ratings, and metadata are stored on Supabase's hosted services.
Underlying cloud infrastructure for Supabase. Photos, in encrypted form at rest, are stored in AWS S3 storage operated by Supabase.
Provides automated photo moderation, including classification for nudity, violence, gore, weapons, offensive symbols, and apparent-age estimation. Each uploaded photo is transmitted to Sightengine for analysis. Sightengine acts as our processor; it does not retain biometric templates or use your data for any purpose other than performing the analysis for us.
When our automated systems detect apparent child sexual abuse material, we are required by US federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) to report the incident to NCMEC. Such reports include the uploader's account information, the IP address recorded at upload, the content itself, and the date and time of detection. NCMEC may share the report with law enforcement.
We distribute the App through Apple's App Store. Apple may collect diagnostic and usage information governed by Apple's own privacy policy. We do not control what Apple collects.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs in the App.
Ranked uses automated systems to detect prohibited content. These include live face detection (on-device), Sightengine's image-classification models, and our own rules. We use these systems to:
Our automated systems can and do make mistakes. If your photo is rejected and you believe the decision was wrong, contact us at the address in Section 14. We do not use automated systems to make legally significant decisions about you without human review except where required by law (such as the CSAM-reporting flow described below).
Federal law requires US-based providers of interactive computer services to report apparent child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") to NCMEC's CyberTipline as soon as reasonably possible after gaining actual knowledge (18 U.S.C. § 2258A). When our automated systems detect a combination of signals consistent with apparent CSAM, we will, without further notice to you:
We act in good faith and rely on the immunity provided to electronic service providers under 18 U.S.C. § 2258B. Our determination is based on automated detection and does not constitute a finding of guilt or unlawful conduct. NCMEC and law enforcement make the final determination.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements. Specifically:
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen ("Delete Account"). Deletion is irreversible. After deletion, your photo, profile, ratings, and biometric-related records are removed from active systems within 30 days. Records retained for legal-preservation reasons (Section 5) are removed as soon as the preservation obligation expires.
If you reside in Illinois, Texas, Washington, or another state with a biometric privacy law, the following supplemental disclosures apply.
The photo-moderation process described in Section 1 may involve the collection of a "biometric identifier" or "biometric information" (scan of face geometry). Purpose: content moderation, fraud prevention, and verification that a real human face is present. Retention: any transient biometric template produced during analysis is processed by our processor and is not retained by Ranked. Any derived data we store is destroyed when its purpose is satisfied or within three (3) years of your last interaction with us, whichever is sooner — consistent with 740 ILCS 14/15(a). We do not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from your biometric information. We do not disclose your biometric information except as required by law or for the limited service-provider purposes described in Section 3.
We provide the notice described above and obtain your affirmative consent before collecting any biometric identifier. We do not sell, lease, or otherwise disclose your biometric identifier for purposes other than as described above, except as permitted by § 503.001(c). We destroy biometric identifiers within a reasonable time, and not later than one (1) year after the purpose for collection expires, consistent with § 503.001(c-1).
We do not enroll a biometric identifier in a database for a commercial purpose without providing notice and obtaining consent. The disclosures above constitute such notice. We retain biometric identifiers only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services for which they were collected.
You may decline to provide biometric consent. If you decline, you will not be able to upload photos and therefore will not be able to use the rating features of the Service. Other features of the Service that do not require photo analysis remain available.
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA"). The categories of personal information we collect about California residents are described in Section 1; the purposes for which we use that information are described in Section 2; and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose information are described in Section 3.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is no separate opt-out required.
Your photos and any associated biometric information may be considered "sensitive personal information" under California law. We use this information only for the purposes described in Section 2, all of which are permitted under CCPA § 1798.121(a) (limited use for the purposes reasonably expected by a consumer requesting our services). We do not use it for purposes beyond providing the requested services. No additional opt-out is required.
To exercise any of the above rights, email privacy@fullsnackdevs.io from the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity before responding. We respond within 45 days; we may extend by an additional 45 days if necessary and will notify you. There is no fee for the first request in any 12-month period.
Ranked is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we will never knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn that a user is under 18, we immediately suspend the account, delete all personal information associated with it (including any photos and biometric-related records), and refuse re-registration. If you believe a user is under 18, email abuse@fullsnackdevs.io with as much detail as you can provide.
If you appear in a photo on Ranked that was uploaded without your consent — including any intimate image — or if someone is impersonating you, email abuse@fullsnackdevs.io. Include the username or URL involved, a brief description of the image, and a statement that you do not consent. We will remove confirmed content within 24 hours and may suspend or terminate the offending account. At our discretion, we may provide the offending user's information to law enforcement.
We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS 1.2+) and at rest, row-level security policies on our database, hardware-backed key storage on your device (Apple Keychain / Android Keystore) for authentication tokens, and access controls limiting personnel access to user data. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee that unauthorized parties will never gain access.
Ranked is operated from the United States and is intended for residents of the United States. We do not target users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other jurisdictions outside the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and acknowledge that your information will be processed in the United States.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the App with a new "Effective date" and increment the version. Material changes will be communicated to you via in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect, except for changes required by law or to address security issues. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
